Evangelical Christians have the same relationship to Christianity that voodoo has to Catholicism. Voodoo has some Catholic figures and symbolism but is an indigenous African religious system of faith. American Christianity has Christian images and symbolism but is a magic vengeance religion.

The power of the Dems is not so great that they can hold good politicians/pundits back. AOC and Mamdani succeeded against the party’s opposition, because they’re good at politics. “They” not letting the left succeed is not the reason for everything.

There could be a far left podcaster, but he or she would never have the mass support of left/liberals that Rogan has or Limbaugh had. RWingers can put up with some of their agenda backburnered for a more effective power grab; no lefty could, because they genuinely care about all of their issues.

Women are keeping asshole genes from infesting the next generation. The real tragedy is that once again women do important work for which they get no renumeration.
