"When People Show You Who They Are, Believe Them The First Time" - Maya Angelou | Perfect as the Enemy of Good Quickly Leaves You With Neither
The logistics aren't logisticing, and folks need to understand that.

The threat isn't going to be them taking over where the ballots are cast, but where they're collected, and every new push is going to get exponential pushback if/when they try.
If MN has proven anything, it's that despite their willingness to send massive numbers and unchained brutality at a city, they still couldn't cow it or control it enough to take over. They don't have the numbers or manpower to take over elections in a major metro, much less nationwide

This legitimately has one of the best intros of any recent wrestling theme for a good long while. Hot damn.

Almost like getting mad at Republicans and demanding things from them actually can work if one dares to try it.

Lets also ignore that he was actually 'forced out' because of issues with the vice chair elections and decided to cut and run while his co-vice chair ran again and got his seat back anyhow.

It's like Murc's Law was literally enshrined as some journalistic rule somewhere or something. It's embarrassing.

It was an unprecedented embarrassment that Kevin McCarthy was removed as Speaker of the *House* (which is already an oopsie here), the only time it's ever happened in history, and that required so much GOP discontent as to initiate the motion to vacate.

Hell, Trump is the only presidential *nominee* period who didn't slink back into either the background or a lesser role and avoid any whiff of real party leadership since...what, Nixon? And even Nixon took years away from the spotlight before the opportunity arose again.

Literally the only president that refused to go away after his presidency was Trump, and that was part 'using candidacy to avoid prosecution', part 'my ego refuses to admit defeat', and part 'media can't quit Trump and still privileges him as 'Real America Personified'

But remember that shitting on Dems and Libs and accusing them of being 'the real problem' is always value neutral at minimum!

And folks respond to the warning that there is no One Weird Trick to fixing this with 'Of course there is, you're just hiding it, making you the bad guy'. Which is sadly the same mindset that lead DOGE to tearing up institutions in search of the Legendary Woke Machine in order to destroy it

One of the most underrated things in politics is the idea that 'sometimes, you need the bad things to not happen before you can start making good things happen'. Yet somehow folks declare that good things not happening fast enough is reason to take a chance on bad thing causing good to happen faster

Which unsurprisingly has already been declared as proof of Dem cowardice and why the party must be purged.
I truly do not understand what the point of this genre of tweet is.

I keep having to point out those inconvenient things like 'Clinton had an oppositional Congress for 6/8 years of his presidency'. And 'Republicans have had more trifecas in 16 years of presidency than Dems have had in 20'
