Imo the best adventure in the book. Our group did a round robin DM campaign where we all took turns running adventures, and we had a lot of fun coming up with overly convoluted reasons why the DM's PC wasn't around.
But your NPCs, the setting, the twist, all sublime. We still reference it often 👍
