@T mobile I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018 with 5 lines. My account showed the Go5G Next credit and I timed my upgrade for the plan change on Oct 23. When I tried to upgrade, I was told I’m ineligible because my original device was purchased under Go5G Plus. I have screenshots and receipts.
