“Do we now?” Niamh eyed him. She wasn’t particularly threatened by Joey Fitz, with whom she had done perfectly profitable business in the past. But she didn’t particularly relish having a problem with anyone. She looked at his companion. The teen wore black linen overalls with a “THEY/THEM” button prominently displayed underneath an unbuttoned plaid shirt. Their sleeves were rolled up, showing off a variety of stick and poke tattoos that Niamh was pretty sure the kid would regret one day. They didn’t look like trouble. Joey, with his shaved head, Adidas track suit, and poorly hidden firearm on the other hand, always looked like trouble.

He had a black bandanna tied around his face and offered one to Sebastian. “You’re gonna wanna cover your nose. We got face masks but the boys opening up the boxes need ‘em. They shipped everything with durian and fertilizer. Ain’t no drug dog getting shit through that. Gotta be a hundred percent with you, it ain’t makin for speedy progress for my boys neither.” He jerked his head toward Kimmy, who gave Sebastian a tired little wave. “She says she can filter for it once she rests up or if one us wants to do a strip tease for her. I said I’d do it but my crew is being all shy so we’re waiting.” “Boundaries are boundaries,” Kimmy said. “I respect it.”
