Every time I read this, I wince. It's painfully true.
On a related note, I just finished reading all 150 submissions during Claret Press's open period (June, July, August) and wrote to each and every one to thank them for submitting. I requested about a dozen full MS to read through.

For those not English, a few days ago, a synagogue in Manchester was attacked resulting in three dead.
I have published and will continue to publish Jewish writers and have been grappling with rising anti-Semitism.
