Half of Scotland's land is owned by less than 1% of the people. We have some of the most unequal land distribution in Europe!

It's time to curb the power of super rich land hoarders and start giving ordinary Scots and communities new opportunities.

It's a great opportunity to devise some legislation to disallow this hijacking of process where many of the crisis issues that they have maintained such as the housing issue are clearly not being addressed

They are not hiding their eugenics they're not hiding that they're pals are making profits

8 days doesn’t cut it,should be paid by production…

8 days is enough to make it look like you did some work... but we don't want your input
... you're just here in functional appearance only

..don't care what you have to say

.. because we're the experts
..we have a plan and it doesn't include you

sort of thing

This was a discussion at breakie this morning for those of us who are Dartmouthians

It's a step in the right direction but given what we seen with the coastal protection crap that's been going on it's important that we have some longevity with decisions regarding these vulnerable spaces

If only we had a premier that cared enough to spend the time needed in legislation house to get the work done for the upcoming year

He couldn't be any more textbook if he tried and it's quite clear he's not looking for the input of other parties

If we only had a Premier that could fix the coastal protection…🤔

And when you're mostly a pedestrian you notice that there's a lot of these roads that could be walkable only anyway

And when you're a pedestrian it's really annoying that despite all the traffic jams/ congestion drivers still don't know how to respect cross walks

It’s caused by the government not investing in transit. I would ditch my car if it didn’t take me 1.5 hours to get to/from work by bus, vs. 15 min by car, if was possible to take the bus home after dinner and a show in Halifax, if it was possible to visit a friend in Middle Sackville.

When you're on a bike flying by congestion in the bike lane you really notice it too until you get run over by a distracted driver who turns right into you to try to escape the traffic that they themselves are creating.

So instead of investigating Tony Mancini and Sam Austin for not holding the staff assigned to their communities accountable for not enforcing the law and protecting a very pathological property manager ANSELL PROPERTIES- they cleaned out the files there's nothing there for FOIPOP.. THIS IS FRAUD
sassylass25.bsky.social
Also there's a human rights complaint filed against several HRM by law officers in the communities of Tony Mancini/Sam Austin- they couldn't be bothered responding to complaints filed by me that their staff werent enforcing by laws for legal heat-I was without legal heat for an entire winter +half
