Bought an N+1 bike. 😂 I have a Schwinn acoustic cruiser in my cellar, an EBC cruiser (RIP bankruptcy) getting repaired, & now I own a used Velotric Discovery 1. I hate this color & this design. I love my EBC so much. But I need to preserve my pretty EBC bike & commute on this in winter. #bikesky

This right here. This is why I can't get protected bike infrastructure thru some of Pittsburgh's hottest neighborhoods. I just want to survive a ride from 16th St to 54th St and back again. If anyone here works at Allegheny Wine Mixer let them know I would be there every night.

2/I live 2 minutes from a bus stop on a route that takes me to the parking lot of the store. Bus ride is 15 minutes. But the frequency is 40 min/hour for bus to show. 😑
So glad I am single & have an ebike. If only the damn store would stay open past 8pm. And wouldn't block the bike rack w carts.

Now do cars. This is just a small portion of the street I live on in Pittsburgh. No sidewalk available for any pedestrian. Drivists speed up and downhill bc there is nothing in the parking lane to slow them down. City refuses to enforce the sidewalk parking ban.

This is our walk to the Monorail from the convention center. The Monorail is nice as transportation. Dingy though. Vegas doesn't really prioritize funding for moving people outside of cars.

I don't understand your shorthand(?) for other street names. The only street goes the entire way thru the #stripdistrict is Penn. It also has most of the businesses to patronize. Mulberry and Spruce are alleys that quit existing every few blocks. Railroad has no businesses and dangerous tracks.

The Giant Eagle on Cedar Ave in Pittsburgh (Northside) is the worst grocery store in the USA. I guess that was 2024 stats. We are now 6th worst. But most local Pittsburghers think the Southside Giant Eagle is the worst. Clearly, they have not shopped at my Northside location. 😂😂

Ugh. Mixed use paths. I live on Pgh Northside and like to go up river to Millvale to a bar I like, 1.7 miles from my house. But due to carcentrism and Pgh hills, I can only realistically use the mixed path that runs along the Allegheny. No damn way that I am taking route 28. 😂
