Thank you for your postings, I am very grateful for your balanced and evidenced threads. I am so grateful that I live here in Portugal where my age is sufficient to enable really easy access to Covid-19 and flu - having left the UK where my health issues would not be. 🇵🇹

Hearing and visual losses are terribly isolating. Social interactions, the more meaningful the better, are thought to be protective against cognitive loss. My specialty was dementias and sadly with dementia use of aids more difficult so probably works both directions
