ANY TIME ANYONE MENTIONED BRIBES, the benefit of the doubt demonstrates beyond a shadow of a doubt that Walz just wants the border Gestapo operating he just wants a more orderly Gestapo. He's one of the Germans who opposed Kristallnacht because it was "disorderly"
