The good faith thing to do is to link to content and respect people's intellectual property rights.
Not "credit to creator" but link to where you found it. People don't understand that "copyright" restricts who gets to make copies of a thing.

Es gibt Mordanklagen und -verurteilungen auf Bundes- wie auch auf Staatsebene. Wenn eine Bundesbehörde involviert ist, dann ist der Bund tatsächlich auch zuständig. Siehe en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_...
