I'm overall not super satisfied with the current source for my doll patterns (they tend to fit poorly even with modification), but at least these drawstring pants turned out cute on Rose!
having a hobby like this, something hands-on and not involving screens, feels even more essential these days

A record of the final days of the Trojan war, in this case translated into prose. Amazingly foundational to modern literature, but honestly very boring (although it gets better in the second half). I recommend, but more as an academic exercise than fun reading

An amazingly written take on a familiar topic - a boy spends time at a rich friend's house and learns about life, love, and loss. Strong, engaging character voice and great tension and imagery. Loved it way more than I expected to
