Genuinely do not understand why would Vietnam of all countries be tasked to announce that Eurovision Asia is proceeding as normal. If Bhutan wasn't allowed, why would they, if they aren't EBU or one of the provisional host countries?

I turned on The Mask with Jim Carrey on for my dad to watch so he could enjoy something at TV, because I know he likes watching that movie when it's on.
