Hello new friends! Have you played Seasonspree yet?

It's a cute little game about cute little animal friends, and you control the flow of time by walking left & right. It's really good, and not very long, because your time is valuable!

Switch: bit.ly/seasonsprees...

Steam: bit.ly/seasonsprees...
Seasonspree on Steam
A game about nurturing friendships and celebrating the changing of seasons, where you play as Sunny, a cute little tanuki with the ability to control the flow of time just by walking around.

Read this whole thread. This is mindblowing.

Hubert's assets, created as decorations for cyberpunk cityscapes, are used especially widely in animations that the IDF released during their strikes on Iran in June.

Ripped assets from Hubert are shown here in stills from IDF animations, with blue highlights:

The nominative determinism of this specific atrocity is off the charts here.

My state's driver's manual used to specifically state that it's illegal to use your car's horn if there isn't an urgent need to alert someone about a potential danger. Now that every goddamn car honks when the driver walks away from it, that passage is mysteriously missing.

I love when I fid a way to edit a couple video clips together in a clever little way that nobody will ever suspect was even an edit.

Ah, I see. I thought it was complaining that something was wrong.

I'm just curious why "meticulously" is underlined

Viltrox makes great lenses! I'm not sure how well Sony's newer cameras deal with continuous AF, but you can tell in that video it's the camera that wasn't triggering the focus, so the lens is doing a good job there.

That last sentence can be applied to so many systems in the world. It reminds me of when a Safeway cashier told me the reason a certain item was difficult to ring up was because it made it easier for the people in the back to do the paperwork. I'd rather do more work to make end users' lives easier.

Follow me for more complaints about the job application process, because the way things are going, I'll be stuck doing this until I die.

Also, while this one asks for a range, the text box only allows numbers, so you can't actually enter more than one number. Spaces and dashes don't work, and it yells at you with red text if you even try.

This is becoming more common, this text field where you're asked how much money you'd like to make from a job, where there are these little arrows that change the value by $1 per click. Might be a subtle little commentary on the state of the industry, now that I think about it.
An input field with the prompt "Salary range you are looking for" with the number 1 in the text box. There are up and down arrows on the right of the field, and "USD" to the right of that.

I blame Indeed for this one though. They have this thing where they retain the last cover letter you used to apply to a job, and on sites that don't do that, I copy and paste from a template based on which kind of job it is. So I don't make that mistake anywhere else. I make other mistakes instead.

Just realized I'd applied to about eight design jobs with the cover letter template I wrote for writing jobs. So I can forget about those.

Why can't we modify applications after we've made them?

Every door is instead a dance club bouncer who will let you pass in exchange for a chest bump, but you must have tall enough shoes to reach and each one is a different height
