Americans have profoundly changed their perspectives on Israel. The average democrat is more inclined toward Palestine than Israel now. Is that nothing? Is our relationship with our “greatest ally” going to disappear in a day? It just seems like she’s applying an overly narrow measure of success

Sad truth: they are indeed trying to use the **exact same** playbook to manufacture consent for this war.
Uplifting truth: there wasn't social media then. Public response to this is SO MUCH different than back then. Don't underestimate how important it is that they can't control the narrative now.
