New blog post. Influenced by what we've been doing to improve student self-efficacy through Careers in the pastoral framework. Here's an alternative to the curriculum merry-go-round that'll increase teacher workload for no real student gains.

Lads day out at motorcycle live. Great to meet the Machine Shop team. Oisín smashed out a weld that makes me wonder whether engineering's genetic! Thanks for putting the biggest smile on his face.
