I wanted to make sure you knew that Sam McNulty, who I believe supported your campaign, is threatening to lobby Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH) to have funding pulled from a public transit project that would benefit thousands of working-class Clevelanders every day. It is a shame to me that the truism that capitalists will side with fascists is proved true once again. As your constituent, I implore you to speak out against McNulty’s threat." Text message sent this morning "Councilor, please call into Sound of Ideas this morning to tell Sam McNulty to stand down from his threat to collaborate with a Republican Senator to having funding pulled from a public infrastructure investment."
