I’ve been slowly rediscovering biking and last night I rode an ebike home from a friend’s birthday dinner and it was incredible

I really love marathon writing. I love outlining a project and just trying to get it written down so I can edit. I'm like 1/4 done my current writing project and it feels good to move fast.

I’ve had this persistent feeling the last several months that I don’t have enough time to do anything.

And I was thinking last night about how I have more time I have ever before really. I think maybe it’s just the work from home life blurs stuff.

I am in search of the perfect pen for me, with a nice look to it, a cap over a click.

I want it to have ink that goes on with a wet shine, but dries nicely. It should be a medium tip, because I like my writing big.

Does anyone know of this pen?

I just going through the edits on my novel manuscript. Writing fiction is a hugely refreshing change from grad school where I was constantly told me writing was bad and wrong.

The editor I worked with was so complimentary about my writing, it was really lovely.

I’ve been on leave from my PhD program the last few months and have been enjoying the return of hobbies that grad school required I give up

I recently wrote a draft of a novel that I feel really good about and am reading for pleasure again
