If the federal government interferes with the process then it is violating the Constitution. Not to mention denying the right to vote for citizens who are unable to go to the polls.

The people who elect members of Congress should be included in the process since it’s the people who are the boss of Congress. Unfortunately, the majority of Congress members are too preoccupied with defying their opponents side rather than working for the benefit of the people.

However, Congress has been neglecting one the most important parties that should be involved because the two parties in Congress are too busy arguing over their agenda to listen to the people.
