INTs 1321-A, 1422-A, and 1490-B, sponsored by @cmpisanchez.bsky.social, update the City’s Building, Fuel Gas, Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Conservation Codes, replacing the 1968 Building Code and aligning the Energy Code with New York State’s 2025 standards.

INTs 431-B, 1251-A, and 408-A, sponsored by @cmpisanchez.bsky.social, CM Amanda Farías and @advocate.nyc.gov, expand licensing for street vendors, authorize agencies to issue licenses up to new capped amounts, and create a Division of Street Vendor Assistance to provide resources & annual reporting.

Over the next few years, existing street vendors will have a genuine opportunity to apply for licenses and operate without fear of excessive fines or penalties.
