I’m conscious so many people are feeling anxious or angry. It’s because you care. It’s because you have heart and empathy for your fellow citizens. Take comfort from knowing you are not alone, and collectively we can create good in this world. Small to begin with, but it will grow. Rest well. 😊

Paxlovid has my mouth feeling like it’s a metal garbage bin in scorching Chico summer. It reminds me of cleaning a forgotten bar mat, with a hangover, wishing for a pressure washer and hair of the dog.

Yeah I know people say anxiety is bad, but mine has just been collecting all the possible things that can go wrong so far. Once it has an exhaustive catalog of every possible mishap, it’ll move on to suggesting solutions and then you better watch out.
