I just finished AM2R the other day and had an amazing time with it. The metroid fights are more engaging in Samus Returns but AM2R has so much more going on visually and imo a better overall structure. Also the ending is incredible in AM2R

I got to the second expansion and it never stopped being a try not to kill yourself challenge I doubt it ever does and even if it does it’s not worth the hundred hours needed to get there imho
