If I was an ally of the United States right now - I would be really examining the relationship. Particularly countries that depend on US defence, could now have to worry about a shakedown from the USA when they need them to help.

In diplomacy, reliability is the most important currency.

How bad does your account have to be to get banned under Elon’s reign? The platform has loosened its moderation policies so much that getting suspended now seems almost impossible. But here's Tim Thielmann and Ian Ward. DAMN.

Why is the @bcspca.bsky.social selling these pins in their thrift shop? I asked them in person 1 week ago and they laughed it off. I’m back in the store and they are still for sale.

I love CBC. Truly — and I'll fight to the death to keep it.

But this week of all weeks, if I turn on the radio one more time and hear some interview with a washed-up playwright about the tulips they planted in '82 I will throw my radio, and then myself, into the sea.

Costco & Amazon - cancelling your memberships to both are two very easy and visible ways you can show solidarity with Canadian businesses. If their bottom line is affected then they will make big changes quickly.

Surprisingly powerful speech from Trudeau.

Only silver lining I can see from this absurd bullying and chaos is the prospects of pulling the country together, along with undercutting the momentum and rationale for the Conservatives.
