Let me be clear: ICE and CBP cannot be trusted with guns in populated areas. Either take away their guns or get them out of our cities.

Any pardon or commutation should have to be approved by the Senate. Since both Democtatic and Republican presidents have abused the pardon power, this would be a Constitutional Amendment that could actually pass.
