💡attach to something relaxing, disconnect from the thunder
💡don't fuel the fire, let it glow down
💡break down arguments, not insults
💡don't hurry in replying
💡respond after mindful thinking. Seconds of silence are your focus and your opponent's problem, not yours."

- "Thanks for your constructive input. I will reflect on that."
- "It is not necessary to yell at me that way".
- "Sorry, your reaction is hurting me. I will come back to you later."
- "Is this all? Thank you. I will reflect on that. Have a nice day."

🍏 short recap:

6️⃣ Even when wanting to yell back; I say to me "Choose silence over reaction." Interestingly many yellers become tame after unloading their internal wars.

7️⃣ I ask my self: "Do I really have to reply now or do I exit this situation?"
Possible exit replies:

4️⃣ I do not nod. I wait until the thunderstorm is over. Interrupting is just fuel into the fire.

5️⃣ I affirm:
- "Loud anger is weakness.",
- "The loud volume is their internal struggle, not my self worth."
January 25, 2025 at 10:45 AM
2️⃣ I ignore the words and imagine myself as the bow of a ship, splitting the waves ahead and letting them roll off me. Let the negative energy pass by, not pass through you.

3️⃣ I detach from the situation, to become a curious observer, not a victim.

There's a cure. Accept help and cooperate with those helping by working on yourself, your mindset and your wellbeing.

Being in a depression is a status where the brain paints reality black 'n' sad. For the sufferer this black version is complete reality, not an optional thought. It is crucial to accept it is a state of illness, not as character flaw.

Many burnouts unload in a depression. Colleagues, clients and relatives thinking depression is just “feeling sad” don't understand depression.

💡showing interest for their situations, moods, sorrows, too
💡for a birthday gift, giving the gift of time together—a hiking trip with an overnight stay, a concert, or a dinner out - together!

Have a great mindful day and take care. 🌻

8️⃣ There's even a bodily and mental reaction. Talking to someone triggers safety responses and calms the nervous system. Friendly chats can naturally ease anxiety! 😄

🍏 well-being recap:
💡reconnecting with friends
💡nurturing friendships
💡meeting personally at least several times a year
January 24, 2025 at 12:30 PM
7️⃣ By engaging in open, two-way conversations with friends, we realize we're not alone in our struggles, which helps us better navigate life's ups and downs.
January 24, 2025 at 12:30 PM
6️⃣ Talking with a friend boosts communication confidence, helps express feelings (many of us aren't used to this anymore), and deepens your understanding of them on new levels.
January 24, 2025 at 12:30 PM
5️⃣ No TV show or social media app is more valuable than regularly connecting with the few real friends we have. Let's meet them often or spontaneously. Why not spend time together as a birthday present instead of buying a useless gimmick?
January 24, 2025 at 12:30 PM
If you're uneasy with casual chatter, consider queries like "How's your job going?" "Are your family members doing okay?" or "Is your partner enjoying the new role?"

4️⃣ It's been ages? Not an issue whatsoever. Genuine friendships have the magic to reignite, even after a long pause.
January 24, 2025 at 12:30 PM
3️⃣ Friendships thrive on mutual interaction. Just telling your own tales isn't sufficient; showing interest in their experiences is essential as well.
January 24, 2025 at 12:30 PM
creates a sense of connection; important for mental well-being and self-esteem.

2️⃣ Let's keep friendships alive — there’s nothing more grounding than sharing joy, laughter, time, thoughts, challenges and sorrows with someone who truly cares.
