What’s the “heartbreaking discovery” that someone in Ambridge will discover on 1st January? New Year is bad enough without gratuitous drama. I thought the editorial team had learnt a lesson after the sacrifice of Nigel on the altar of ratings. #TheArchers will be 75 and it doesn’t need to do this.

I thought I was getting a cold, but as it turns out it’s #Covid. Thank goodness I did a test, or I’d have gone out and risked infecting goodness knows how many people.

Apologies if this has been discussed already, but has anyone had an email from Bluesky about verifying that you’re an adult? This can be done by a face scan or by entering your credit card details, neither of which I want to do. The sender’s email address is not Bluesky. It smells like a scam to me.
