I quite agree, and I took no umbrage; it’s not a detail I’d expect a non-local to have had an opportunity to pick up on, so it seemed a worthwhile bit of info to share.

You've reminded me about some social media discourse from when Thor was introduced to he series, and how there was so much criticism that Thor was presented as fat, forgetting that Thor is not and never was a war god; he was a fertility god. You love to see it.

Very rarely the Pissweak Choice is also the Correct Choice (ie the Stage 3 Tax Cuts), but he had to be dragged kicking and screaming to that one too. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I mean it's specifically triggered by the RC announcement in this instance, but it can be applied to literally any decision he makes where he's trying to get People Who Are Not The Hoi-Polloi to stop yelling at him.

I'm no expert but this suggests the solution is not deregulation which will deliver crappier homes for the same debt burden but direct public involvement in building homes. We already have good models here in Australia, the South Australian Housing Trust being one of them:

I'm no expert but this suggests the solution is not deregulation which will deliver crappier homes for the same debt burden but direct public involvement in building homes. We already have good models here in Australia, the South Australian Housing Trust being one of them:
