Today I am doing a bit of cooking/baking to freeze for January, and some organisation. Mostly flaking and relaxing though. Trying to balance getting stuff done with recovering from burnout, so it is do what I can as I can.

We coukd have had a similar experience, but as my other half has a knee injury that is still healing we chose the low bone density path.
