The Government has responded to our report looking at paternity leave and shared parental leave.

Although we welcome the review announced in July, we are disappointed there is no definite commitment to longer, better paid paternity leave during this Parliament.

We have received the Government's response to our report - Misogyny in Music: on repeat.

We welcome the Government's proposals on NDAs, but further work is needed to protect against a ‘culture of misogyny’ in the music industry.
