I really need them to explain it to me. The ENT switched my 5yo from Claritin to Zyrtec and my baby has been struggling to sit still more than normal. The speech therapist recommended OT but I’m considering going back to Caritin.

But these things dont stop anaphylaxis like Benadryl?

I became a yoga teacher to enrich my community and I hope can continue for a long time

So far 4 people have applied to the program and 2 are currently enrolled. With your support, the Community Cares Wellness program will continue to give back and provide a much needed service to our community.

Those who need yoga and coaching but cannot afford it, will receive sessions at no cost to them. Interested participants can sign up for their choice of personalized in-home or virtual wellness coaching.

The program will be based on the mutual aid and donation model. Anyone can sponsor yoga for others with a small donation.
