Yeah so you can pick up the whole bike to steal it but then you have to carry it until you get to your tool to break that. Which most dudes walking the streets don't have bc it's a tight fit.

Here in NL those would only be for places where nobody bikes—the low front-tire holding rack or the fancy two-levrl ones at train stations pack a lot more bike for rack!
