I left the party and registered Independent after the 24 election. After giving in to Republicans to open the government I am embarrassed.?What a gutless, cynical unproductive dangerous and stupid move by Democrats.

Here is the thing. If he paid his fair share of taxes he would still have a $500 million yacht, a $20 million wedding, a $5 million ring & generational family wealth for centuries. But he might only be worth $210 billion. Guess the cost of eggs as a %age of income would be a little bit much for him.

There are 100k students in med school each year. Room and board is about 100k per year. For 10b a year, med school could be free. We would see a wholesale change in the profession, career paths and the cost of care.

The arrest of an elected official of the upper chamber of congress will be an occasion of significance for generations. It signifies the erosion of democracy in the Republic. One can only hope that average eligible voters take note and gravitate towards a better society.
