Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

This one hits hard. I know 100s of persons who will be directly affected by this. From government to INGO staff, local country staff and small non profits- let’s alone the communities receiving services- food, bathrooms, handwashing, livelihoods, housing, clean water……
