I joined the NHS in 2014 to help dismantle a NHS org created two years before. We largely spent three more years dismantling other bits before being dismantled ourselves.

The sheer amount of money wasted on yet more reorgs to cover up the flaws of the last one is a national disgrace.

So many folk are going wrong with criticising the Plan as not being a "plan". It's a vision piece, exactly what you want from a government led piece.

Here's why:

Vision -> Strategy -> Delivery
