thoughts on inventory and encumbrance system

basics: gradual speed debuff with carry.

you can pick how light or heavy you want to run as part of your build (swappable at any time). and if you run over there's no hard barrier, but there's a gentle reminder to help you hit your build target.

Initially I was lukewarm on it but then I got some hard industrial patches that someone on YouTube made for it and my opinion changed. Prior to this I had the Twisted Electronics Blast Beats, I had issues with that one. Also had the DX200 which died on me.
