Granted, they’ve been doing weird nonsense shit even through their best stuff, Yakuza 4 had rubber bullets, 7 had that guy who could somehow look exactly like other people, but I think the retcon stuff is just too far. They can’t just have it so nobody dies anymore man

I’m still going to buy and probably really enjoy Kiwami 3 even if there’s a bunch of strange bullshit in there because I’ll never tire of being in the world those games have created but man they are doing some insane shit recently
