I really wanted to go to the stop trump protest this week (I went to the first one) but I can't, logistically and mentally, and I feel like I'm about to have an anxiety attack about missing it and contributing to the problems by not showing up. I've donated what I can but I don't know what to do

Been working on a backstory for a character based on a short monologue. It's so hard to know if I'm doing it 'right' or not 😂 and then how to link it into actually performing it. Feel like I overthink everything to do with acting, I'm constantly asking 'how do I do that?'.

I really want to share my art, but I haven't had the spoons to do any 'finished' pieces for a long time, so I only have sketches and doodles. I look at the incredible art on here and feel like I shouldn't 😂 thought I'd have worked through this by 38! Any tips for overcoming this mental block?

Watched #Exhuma last night. It was SO GOOD. Highly, highly recommend it - I was INVESTED 😂 incredible, immersive and engaging acting, beautifully shot, atmospheric and I was so intrigued and interested in the history behind it as well.

I've been learning a lot (especially after panic attacks this year) about fear and anxiety. Our brains are wired to have logical thoughts hijacked when we are afraid. It sickens me that this has always been exploited by horrible people.
