www.pcgamer.com/hardware/pro... As an electrical and systems engineer, this is a huge development. When bismuth is doped with graphene, it becomes a nearly perfect semiconductor. This means much faster chips with less heat, and no quantum tunneling. All problems that silicon currently has.
