All the crap that’s happening makes me want to double-down on my art, b/c joy, hope, and dignity are the small seeds from which everything grows.

Yesterday an entire block in nearby Arcata burned to the ground. A local bookstore, a gaming store, a candy shop, an art gallery...

This piece was a huge step forward for me, helping me gain confidence in my own choices apart from my art heroes.

That was the beginning of the end of my relationship with Meta's platforms.)

Made it through my first three-day vending event. I am deeply tired—like, “Ow, it hurts to sit” tired. Popped some Tylenol and now I’m chilling with a cider.

This job… I love it, but boy do I need stamina! 22 festivals in 8 months. One more to go.
