A thing I love about the Irish folk resurgence is that you can have an Italian, a Frenchie and a Dub singin songs from a 19th century progressive songwriter that feel more relevant to the present moment than most modern music.

Basically, we show that banks charge companies in flood risk zones more in terms of interest and collateral requirements. There’s some cool flood risk maps of Wexford town in the actual paper
