Unused properties, abandoned properties, derelict properties: these are all blights on the city, visually and fiscally. We have a variety of “crisis”es that could be helped by USING or monetizing these properties.

The ability of corporations to just fuck up the cities they operate in is something we need laws to fucking fix. All those vacant lots that used to be gas stations? Jack their property taxes up 1000x. If the oil companies want to keep sitting on them, at least make some cash for other stuff. #yqrcc
