Endless tinkering; her head designed needed work, and I found a better mask design. I wanted an oni mask but more car-like and I finally nailed it.

I gave myself rules for this design, no parts can appear or disappear between modes, only be hidden. No parts shrink, grow, bend, can pass through each other, or detach from one area and reattach to another. These drawings are how I try and make it work.
The vehicle mode with panels color coded to where they would fit on the robot. The "inner" robot skeleton, folded and overlaid on the vehicle, with sections color coded to show how the robot folds. The arm is the most complicated part, with a 3 hinged fold to be contained within the door. This drawing was done to solve a very specific problem; the front of the car is the robot's chest, the rear of the car is her upper back. How do I bring the 2 farthest points on the vehicle together without anything becoming detached? This shows how the upper torso splits in half and rotates around the lower spine, thus creating the clearance for the arms and legs to unfold.

I think anyone who advocates for people to die in order for your system to continue existing is wrong. So I can definitely see why people would think D-16 was right when he took down Sentinel. That's what happens when your system is built on a lack of empathy.
