FYI :“Destruction of federal property is a federal crime. 18 U.S. Code § 1361 defines the crime as willfully injuring or committing any depredation against U.S. government property. If the damage exceeds $1k it is a felony with a fine, up to ten years in prison or both.”

Nothing in ICE’s tweet contradicts anything in my thread. The guy had traffic violations from “years ago”. That does not make him a criminal. ICE does not even try to rebut the other facts bsky.app/profile/davi...
ICE lied about the person it shot, claiming he was a "criminal," but NBC finds that he had no criminal history whatsoever. Not even traffic tickets in 12 years! It also lied about the extent of the injuries to its agents....
