all good, it was time the old house to go before financial/health issues you know? i’m just relieved that part is over!

i had dreams and desires of refreshing that house and moving my own family into it (me, fran, her mom, two cats, two dogs). we could use the extra space and don’t have a basement or an attic where we are. but it just wasn’t in the cards and dad needed the cash. oh well!

(LI trivia part of this: we went to what’s now a clearview cinemas on 110 in farmingdale; afterwards we brought everyone to borelli’s pizzeria in east meadow by the coliseum)

i pleaded with my parents to push my birthday party back a month so we could see it in theaters for that same run. we didn’t rent out a theater and just brought like 15 10 & 11 year olds. that is such a core memory for me, and some dickhead guy ruining it for you & your son makes me so mad!
