It appears this tanker was in Venezuela’s territorial waters where they have sovereignty. This administration respects no laws in this country and they certainly don’t respect international law. Yet no one or country is doing anything. Need to be held fully accountable.

It isn't about being more workable 40 years ago vs now. It is about the will of the people to stop being pawns for corp insurance which is a direct conflict of interest, ie profits vs patient care.

Very few who threaten to leave do because it is dependable cash stream if they play by the rules, though this admin is further stressing specialists right now. I don't see us going to salaried physicians anytime soon, like the UK, but someday when we decide to reward drs for taking their time w/pts.

Yes they will, Mark. I worked in healthcare and while doctors bitched a lot (& they are underpaid) Medicare was also their bread & butter. They knew they would get paid pretty quickly, they didn't have to hire people just to fight for profit insurance companies and refile claims again & AGAIN.

A repub relative insisted he "did some good things" in first term but couldn't tell you what. Tax cuts, that's what, because this relative was a high earner. That's all they care about.

Many are consumed with outer appearances, eternal youth, but won't take any of the steps, eg nutrition & exercise, that matters most.
Our entire country seems to be a huge money grab. Nothing else matters. I was informed once that recycling is not cost effective. Cause everything is about money.

Americans, many anyway, are lazy, thoughtless, & arrogant. They think our public spaces are their personal garbage dumps (no pride of place), and that they deserve special treatment when visiting other countries.
