A great day! I got to meet a scholar whose work has left fingerprints all over my own work. Today, I introduced Dr. Angela Workman-Stark of Athabasca University at the Advancing “WE” in Policing conference. Her organizational culture work is amazing & greatly informed my own work. #StrongerTogether
