Exiting the House we then toured the extensive Gardens, set up as formal English style. Flowers, Ornamental trees and bushes, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Filoli was mostly self-sufficient, growing all their own food.

1 mile in we arrive at the #Campbell City Park, nicely redone recently. Since the 2 daughters are in San Diego and Portland area, just us for TGD. So we fasted on Pizza, Salad and Pie while watching the Macy's Parade. Later we will hook up with Friends.

Instead of a #10K with 25,000 other people in downtown #SanJose, the Wife and I opted for a #Hike on the #LosGatosCreekTrail adjacent to our home. A crisp 55F but sunny, so Nice! Fall colors come late to the #SFBayArea, but they are here now 🌲🤙
