Its always worth reminding people that the nonsense out of our Govt has no basis in fact. This is absolutely correct. Domestic Terrorism is not a crime (and even if it were, terrorism is not vandalism). Second, these are state crimes at best, and they are misdemeanors in most instances.
Let me be 100% clear. I disagree with vandalizing Teslas or Tesla dealerships. However it is not a federal crime.
1. There is no law agains "domestic terrorism." It's why no one was charged with it on January 6.
2. There is no FEDERAL law against vandalizing PRIVATE property.

How sad is it that I'm rooting for Canada right now? what is happening to this country is abhorrent and horrid and this country elected this madman to be our "leader" (a term I use very loosely).
