I have watched the documentary. Fair play to you, Dr Pine.

UN commissions & rapporteurs on Palestine have anti-Israel bias. Other countries' forces have caused civilian deaths in war but they're not accused of genocide, e.g. Western air strikes aimed at ISIS. So it's the word "genocide" that is being hollowed out.

I've just seen it. It's a brilliant documentary. Fair play to you, Dr Barnes.

We don't know what the motives of the accusers are. More than one incident is referred to. Therefore, the allegations are still not proof. I'm fed up of your disingenuousness and so I'm muting you.

I wasn't being rude - I was stating facts. I mean that the allegations are not proof. In other words, the allegations are insufficient evidence. You know fine well that I answered your question.
July 16, 2025 at 2:52 PM
It's evidence but it's still unsubstantiated. Therefore, it's not proof. It's what a prosecutor would describe as "insufficient evidence".

A proscribed organisation has no right to exist. Therefore, it's not entitled to the presumption of innocence. Therefore, I did answer your question. Stop being disingenuous!

The defending of women's right to have their own changing rooms & sporting events is not hate. A biological male who identifies as a female and runs in a females' race has an unfair advantage over biological females. Just ask Sharron Davies and Riley Gaines.

Hamas didn't just fire missiles on Oct 7th. Hamas wants to do what it did on Oct 7th again and again. Therefore, Hamas must be prevented from ruling Gaza ever again. The Gazan health ministry is run by Hamas and so it's untrustworthy.
July 16, 2025 at 2:37 PM
I didn't say that. I said that an allegation is not proof. An allegation that is said in testimony is still an allegation.
July 16, 2025 at 2:33 PM
A proscribed organisation (e.g. the Provisional IRA) is not entitled to the presumption of innocence. Hamas is proscribed not just in Israel but also in the EU, in the UK and in the US.

Hamas is the Gazan govt & so has a duty of care to Gazan civilians. Hamas hides behind civilians. Therefore, the blame for deaths of civilians rests with Hamas. If Hamas stopped fighting then the war would be over.
July 16, 2025 at 2:20 PM
I'm making a contrast, not a comparison, between the IDF and Hamas. Hamas is a terrorist organisation that is the unrecognised govt of a territory. The claims that the IDF has committed war crimes are still only allegations. Innocent until proven guilty.
July 15, 2025 at 10:55 PM
They haven't yet given evidence in a court of law. Therefore, they're still allegations and so your reference to the criminal burden of proof does not follow. You're clutching at straws. I'm fed up of your repetition of unproven allegations and so I'm muting you.
July 15, 2025 at 10:50 PM
The IDF intends to kill terrorists, not civilians. "Does not intend to", "intends not to" - same thing.
July 15, 2025 at 10:47 PM
Congratulations Guy.
July 15, 2025 at 8:24 PM
The difference is that the IDF does not intend to kill civilians.
July 15, 2025 at 8:22 PM
All the things they say are simply allegations.
July 15, 2025 at 8:21 PM
The Dinah report is different because it's about rapes that were committed by terrorists who committed mass murder and kidnapping on Oct 7th. Some of the terrorists livestreamed their own crimes. So it's not like the accusations made against the IDF.
July 14, 2025 at 11:04 PM
The missile that cause the deaths at the water-collection point was intended to kill an Islamic Jihad terrorist but a technical problem caused it to hit those civilians instead. The claims in your other posts are unsubstantiated.

Testimony consists of allegations. Allegations are not proof. Their allegations are not corroborated. Incidental killing of civilians in a military op is tragic but not criminal, e.g. the RAF bombing of Caen in 1944.
