Just checked out Threads and it's totally useless. Spent a bit of time deciding who to follow, and then discovered that the algorithm decides which accounts and posts show up in your feed. Literally every single post in my feed were by accounts that I don't follow. Deactivated it 10 minutes later.

Newbie just getting the hang of Bluesky and would love to follow a sewing or mending feed at some point if anyone creates one! Some visible mending from a while back...

Newbie just getting the hang of Bluesky and would love to follow a sewing or mending feed at some point if anyone creates one! Some visible mending from a while back...
At 2am I was scrolling IG with hubby asleep next to me. Suddenly a reel plays full blast. I scramble to turn off volume and somehow turn on "talkback" which speaks everything I touch and I can't turn it off. In desperation I run out of the room w/phone. So hey, good time to install Bluesky, right?
